the thing is can you do away with the first box under drivers seat and just have the 2 pipes all the way through to the back box so you only have 1 box on the car and if so has anyone done this also does it sound ok or is it to loud Exausts

i have a 325i sport with a Scorpion stainless steel DTM upswept backbox
the thing is can you do away with the first box under drivers seat and just have the 2 pipes all the way through to the back box so you only have 1 box on the car and if so has anyone done this also does it sound ok or is it to loud

can do it but...its gonna sound well raw and very very loud
if its a not cat system then it dont matter , but the mid box muffles slightly too

I have 2x 3 into 1 , then 2 into 1 straight through to smallish back box,
it is not that much louder but sounds raw, you need to do the manifold
as well or you will loose power,
