Thanks for comments guys.
Have put a couple of hundred hours of work into the car the past few months. Swapped my Spax PSX kit for an Apex Sport kit (-35mm). The Spax kit was far too harsh for the road and far too low (-60mm but was more like -80mm). While doing shocks and springs I rubbed down the front strut housings and painted them red to match the rear shocks. Also replaced all top mounts (E46 M3 cab ones on rear) and fitted new drop links and steering rack control arms. Also Waxoiled the whole under body (what a sh1tty job. Top tip if using waxoil - wear a hat - it doesn't come out of your hair very easily).
The car also failed it's MOT on rear brake pipes and it needed a wee bit of welding on one of the driver's seat mounts and the passenger seatbelt mount.. Me being me I replaced the entire rear brake pipes from front to the tee piece and both sides to the calipers and fitted a new tee piece and finally got round to fitting my Goodridge s/s braided hoses. I got the garage to do the welding but I removed the side skirts myself (incase they got melted during the welding) and stripped out all trim to allow the carpets to be lifted. While the skirts were off I rubbed them down and gave them a fresh coat of paint. I used new fitting clips, clamps, screws, etc when re-fitting side pods and skirts.
Pics of the new suspension -
Next job is to drop the rear beam off and give it a refurb and fit my 3.91 lsd but I'll leave all that till winter time. Gonna give my tools a rest and just enjoy driving it for now.

Your garage is cleaner than your car!
Like the black badge.
(agree with jhonno though, lots of wrongness)
Haha - thought the black badge would appeal to you
Garage will be even cleaner looking once I get the floor painted - was waiting till I got all the dirty jobs done on the car first so I don't make a mess of a shiny new floor.
