Fantastic effor Chris, one of the most varied and interesting set of pics I have seen from a meet, you can almost pick up the atmosphere from the photos................looks like you have a new role in the Zone !!!suchy wrote:right then here's a couple snaps from Sunday, would've taken a load more at the castle but was a tad busy with Iain arranging cars, hopefully others took plenty. Thanks for everyone's patience and support- it was a truely awesome turnout with some great cars and people- a few more twisty roads and no other sunday drivers around would have made it even better(not that i drive like a hooligan i'll have you know)
Credit due to those who organised and everyone who turned up to make it what it was- it's a pleasure to be associated with you lot......
there you go... hope i got everyones car, appologies if i missed anyone....

Suchy , Excellent pics there mate
There were some very nice e30s on display , Should have charged my phone battery on the n95 as after a few pics it went flat
The one with 17s belongs to my mate vince , Dont think its a motorsport and was a auto and now a manual , Im trying to get it off him at the mo as he likes mine , It used to be his brothers who i kicked about with , Its only got 77000 miles i believe
The other one with 15`s is another mate of mine nick named bun , His is a genuine motorsport with about 70000 mils on it and its tripple mint with full bmw history and always garaged , Think hes the 2nd owner and hes been offered a lot of money for it and said no
He would never sell it and never drives it in the rain , Dont think he was to happy it raining on route but he said it was a excellent day so he was happy , He didnt want to put to many miles on the clock but was happy to make the effort , Neither of them are zoners yet and they were very impressed with the day as well , No chavs in corsas and saxos was one thing that popped up and they want to come to more meets

But agreed, lovely looking car... as was the red one from oop nort', ZimmerBimmer's or Dameon's? Sorry guys, don't think I got round to talking to you much, will have to make the effort to come to one of your meets sometime.

Worryingly, at the newquay meet, andyboy had a pack of werthers in that exact position in his e32.

Malc would have been dumbstruck if he'd seen that many turn up.
He'll have been looking down on us, no doubt, with a look of surprise that so many were there in his memory.
A wonderful day, thank you SO MUCH to everyone.

Cheers mate... Raping a cow? Wasn't ME with the Werthers...
I only had the Brunch Bun, same as Lisa's Paul, and I think Lee, Essexboy. had.
And that was all I had all day too, never have breakfast, and didn't bother with tea, as the wife was working till 10pm.
Drank loads of tea Sun eve, was dry as anything, that after a tea with the burger, a can of Sunkist as I was still thirsty, and then a pint of coke that didn't touch the sides and a pint of shandy at the pub afterwards.
(Spent most of today emptying the bladder...
