Glass cleaner, what do you use

As per the title really. Im a dirty smoker and the insides of the windows could do with a clean, whats the best stuff to get crystal clear windows

I've recently used autoglyms products which leave a decent result (but only as it was free with my BMW Car magazine subscription!). Prior to that, I've used water with a bit of vinegar added which has always worked for me. Leaves an authentic chip shop smell in your car too!

I hear newspaper is supposed to be good as well, something to do with the ink but they now sell papers where the ink does not come off on your hands. Never tried it though.

It is a bit dusty, but i just wipe the dash down with a damp cloth or antistatic duster. Autoglym is way overpriced for what it is but this lot was free so I can't complain. Heard the same about newspaper but never tried it myself.

I use Einsett glass polish or Megs NXT glass cleaner if I need a quick clean.

Heard very good things about the Stoners stuff Jon recommended (Well must be good if Sir Jon uses it!)

Dont know if anyone else has used it but my screen was already a mess, looked like some nobber had put wheel acid on it and it had eaten into the glass, so I tried T-cut glass polish, its a proper polishing compound not just a cleaner, been using it for about 3 months now and my screen has gradually got worse and worse to the point I ordered a new one from the dealers on Thursday.

I wont be using polish on car glass again

I gave my windows a clay the other weekend and then just cleaned with autoglym glass polish and they have never been cleaner

Would definitely recommend claying the windows inside and out has made a huge difference, took loads of marks out that i'd always thought were scratches!

Rain-X is good too, have found it always helps fight against condensation in the winter but can get smeary in the summer dust

I clean mirror glass everyday,and nothing beats the Lion products.
