hi dose any body know how and what parts are needed to put an e36 2.5 24v m50 engine in a e30? i would be very greate full for ur help thank.

block, loom, box, diff, prop, ecu, exhaust, different engine mounts, thats about all i know mate :D

click on the search button,put in m50 developments, there is a conclusive thread about 38 pages long,

but if u not bothered then,

e34 525 engine is best,dont need to change sump,etc

e21 g/box mounts,e36 gearbox,e36 325 front prop and linkages,golf servo from mkII golf,e34 525 throttle cable,etc etc if u have question pm me but mine wont start so i might not be the best person to ask ha ha

hi i have a m5 e34 complete running gear for sale let me know this would be the best conversion for any e30 trust me ! i just aint got the time to fit it in to my sport cool... :D

i did 1 a while back errrrr lets see get ya motor and box change output flange on the box for your old one . that way ya 325/320 prop bolts up gearbox mounts std e30 e34 sump oil pick up and engine mount rubbers bolt them to you e36 engine mount mk2 golf servo with 10mm spacer. then u need to make a link loom to go from e36 to e30 ihave the pin data to do this if u need it have fun lol
