Hi, I drive a 325i covertable and the roof is leaking like a siv. I am tempted to get a brand new one from somewhere online.
My car is a 1986 e30 but most say the hoods are for an e30 1987 - 1993
Are they different or are the sellers just fools?
Anyone know if it is very hard to fit one well.
Here is one I found.

Also anyone know where to get a new one at a reasonable price?
Cheers, Leyton
E30 convirtable roof, are they all the same????

All the same ... apart from manual or electric.
Do a search here and you will find a place in Swansea that will do a new roof for about 250 quid fitted.
Don't bother fitting it yourself unless you have the patience of a saint.
And it's not a siv ... rather sieve.

Search for a thread by Stevo Sideways, I think the title was retrim, or along those lines. It was posted in e30chat. That should get you the result.
