hi all
ive changed the front bushes on my old 318 touring no probs

got a set ready to go on the new 325 touring and took the arm off and its got alloy wishbones instead of steel with the bushes part of it

can these be replaced ? ive pressed one out but i think its going to need a complete arm , £181 !! as the underside of the joint is machined over and i dont think its meant to come out

or can you replace it with a steel one for £42

if not ive got to go and take these 2 new bushes back tomorrow and buy a complete arm

Alloy ones weren't desigend to have the ball joints changed.

Best bet is to go for the steel ones.
