Repair it ... i had a 1987 205 GTI oselli graduate it was fast as fcuk D999RBV in 1989 it was a rocket i hit an artic side on, on the M6 near the juction of the M61 where it joins the M6 the car was fcuked there wasn't a straight panel left on it by the time i was dragged 1/2 mile down the road.
one reshell later and a couple of grand blown MINT.. and it drove better than before....
alpinas are rare enuff anyway dont let them die out...
the 205 by the way was completly wrote off by the 19 year old kid who brought it off me 2 days after i sold it to him... hit a large tree.....

Do me a favour, when you come to sell that car make sure you disclose the fact that its been heavily bashed in at some point.

did that car used to be red ??
Im not convinced its an alpina, not that i want to cause an arguement ,maybe you were told it is ? or maybe it is.
Anyway ,hope you get it repaired ok,it does look a little heavy impact to repair at reasonable cost.Make sure it drives ok,make sure the wheels sit in the arches exactly the same position (take a tape with you) as each other.Any juddering of the steering wheel or crabbling needs checking.
Let us know how it goes

i dont know if it was red at any time, but as far as i know it is a real alpina, thou im willing to do any checks you guys want to make sure it is a alpina.
How can you check if it is a real alpina? I've shown it to a garage called in manchester town centre and they said they are 90% sure its a proper alpina, and 100% sure the engine is a alpina.
