ive got a 325i sport, and the lights on the computer on dash have blown..
are they easy to replace ?

I take it you are talking about the OBC on the left of the dashboard?
You have to remove the OBC from the dash - have a look in the technical articles section on how to do this. Don't try to pry it out of the dash; it is screwed in from behind. When it is out you will see a white bulb cartridge (which illuminates the display) which can be pulled out and changed, there is also a bulb holder at the rear of the OBC that deals with illuminating the buttons.
All can be replaced easily once the OBC is out. The white bulb cartridge is £20 from BMW but you can solder new bulbs into it if you fancy having a go. The other buld is a simple capless type that can be bought for under a £1.
