Morning all, I've found a nice little black 325i Sport for sale, ex uk...

Could I please get someone to pop into a dealer and run its VIN and report their findings? Ant, are you still working for one? Just wanting to confirm that its a genuine UK Sport, and our dealers are muppets.

I was on the phone to the dealer earlier, he put it through and it came up as a 325i/2 but no mention of a sport, it did mention sport gearbox on the options list though.

Cheers all, comfirms what I suspected. Went and looked, and its got a beige headliner, and no sport seats... But hartge extractors, a 3.91LSD, a dogleg gearbox, and M-tec I.

Gav, mint Sports are going for 5K pounds here with no leather (less than 80K miles)... And my budget is 4K, max.

Although that being said, a MINT 325iS Evo II (SA model, 2.7, alu body panels, M3 5lug, black on black leather, M-tec II) sold for 3.5K, which i'm still gutted about. More so now that its being turned into a track rat

What info do you need to definitively prove the car is a sport? I've been looking for confirmation that my '88 325 is the genuine article but did not really have any idea how to go about it. The car has black headlining, map lights, OBC, LSD etc, but I just wanted to be sure (VIN is WBAAA120903580400 if anyone can help out)
