ok the entrance to portchester castle is do able have just spoken to the lady who is in charge dawn and she will get nback to me by next wens at the latest if we cannot go into the grounds there is a large car park to the left of the castle wich will hold 20 to 30 cars ok guys more info when i have it but as of now its still on cheers

the first time i heard malc's name was at the last meet, a week later there is 24 people coming down so far to pay tribute to him. i recon if each person who put their name down tells one person about this special day , and if half the amount of those people turn up , well i've read the comments and this in my opinion would be fitting for this great man.

ok update with the castle meet will no by thurs for def if we can take cars into the castle but they are a little hesatant about the cars going on the grass . they were thinking of driving in turning around and they parking up out side but we can do this any way as they have a car park out side to the left will drive down and take photos of both car parks so as to let every one no bout the area ok so thats it up to date .

if they dont want 30 odd cars parked on the grass the road is quite bloody long when you get through the gate- it runs the whole length of the area- one long straight bit wall to wall. Would look awesome with cars nose to tail or even slightly turned in left along the road. But yeah if not the big car park on the left is pretty huge I've shot loads peeps there so I know ir well

there is a large green area next to the view point i will ask at work if we can use that , i work for english landscapes and we maintain this piece of land. ( weather permiting of course ) needs to be dry for a few days before hand.

any thoughts on that ? either way i'll let you know by mid week

Nice. Please go for it ... Although Dave (gaszman) is doing a wonderful job, if you have insider contacts, I'm sure he'll be very grateful for the help.
Feel free to PM him if you like, he'll appreciate your assistance.

At the end of the day, we want an effing good day to remember Malc... Any way of easing this will be helpful.
