Good man Craig :D

As Graham said, I'm arranging this so either come along to the next meet (TBA, early July I hope!) and catch up with me there (I'll also be at Moffat with the BMWCC this Sunday and F&M with the RCC next month) or we'll work something else out.

What's your plan, Sunday only (£6) or Sat & Sun (still £6) or Sat & Sun and Camping (£14 total)?

Yeah, special

You're down for both days Mikey, not camping 'cause (as you said) you live close by anyway - as if that's the point, the beer tent is why we're camping! :D

Anyway, that's £6 for your entrants pass, covers both days.

You better be bringing an E30 :-x as much as I like Kawasaki's (anyway, I thought you had a Divy...?)

Folks, I've been thinking about the arrangements.

Dave suggested we get a DVD showing E30 M3's in touring car action and he'd play it through his ICE - can anyone recommend a suitable DVD?

The BMWCC had a banner on their gazebo yesterday, looked good. Should we get a banner made up? Would probably cost no more than ~£1 each if we all chip in... interested?

Also, Graham and his wife are bringing a (or is it two?) Gazebo's and some food. I'm bringing a BBQ and burgers (Costco do brilliant burgers! :D ). I seem to recall someone offering tents? Also, I need other volunteers to bring stuff e.g. rolls, juice, food... I think we can all bring beer (or whatever you wanna drink). Volunteers?

I have a DVD of a couple of rounds at the Nurburgring, 190s and M3s with Cecotto etc driving. Its a good disc but all the commentary is in German which can get a bit irritating. Ill easy take it along though.

Gary, I have access to a few tents. If anyone needs the use of one, they can PM me, and I'll try to sort em out.

A banner to advertise The Zone would be cool, too. I'm up for chipping in a coupla quid if other folk will!

That should do nicely

Would be even better if someone could supply a small generator to power a decent sized TV

Could take the video feed from my Playsation and hook it up that way.

Just a thought

I believe there's also footage from Macau available as well

Just need to find it

If anyone has some OR can beg, borrow or steal some of the above mentioned DVD's for the weekend.

That would be great

That sounds good, and the fact that it's in German is fine - just means we don't need to hook up speakers! :)

I done a trawl on Amazon, Play, etc. but all I could find was some ETCC DVDs from '84, '85 & '88 (I expect there may be some footage on them but it's not explicit in the synposis) and a BTCC '91-'00 which will have some E30 M3 footage but I don't know how much, it was out-of-stock too.

I may try to find some footage on you tube etc. and burn it onto a DVD...

The dvd i have is a good length and proper 80s DTM action its just the same idea as the coverage of the BTCC now but without the adverts. The full lineup of cars are only M3s (Warsteiner, etc) 190s and a coupole of fords (weird RS Escort things) Its two full length rounds so it must be about 1hr long.
BTW Gary, it looks like we are camping now, how can i go about paying you the extra? I presume there is still space.
I will obviously bring some bait and beer. :)
