I was thinking about making some wing vents.
They would look abit like this but without the bit in the middle.
What do people think ?

it would work with the right bodykit but i dont think it'd suit standardish cars.would need to see a full side on pic to make a final decision.

Louvres could look ok.

What about a slightly smaller one?I think they can look good if they're done right.

I just want to do some thing a bit different.
The car is going to be lowerd more, looks like its going to have to be 80mm drop, its 35mm at the moment.

dont think theyd look right on a normal e30, could look good on something with wide / tapering wings so the bit you push in follows the line of the door as the arch bulges away from it. on a flat pannel you're always going to have to slope the cut bit inwards which would make some odd looking angles.
cheers,
harry

Had a little play with an old wing, it would need more work but I dont think I like it.
