clylinder head ?

hello people can any one answer my ? i had a new head put on my 325 3 months ago and i have just notice a weep of oil at front of engine it looks like it coming from head and block i had my 320 tourer done as well 1 month ago and i have notice the same leak .Does the head have to be retighen after so many miles and would this stop the leak cheers .

The new style of torx head bolts do not need to be retightened.
I had a leak in the same place and it was the camshaft oil seal leaking down the front of the head and onto th block.
