I would avoid meets there on weekends as the place will be utterly swamped with bikers

Andy, it's not too bad to find fella, just go the way you'd go to the drag strip and get on the A64, but stay on A64 heading towards Leeds from York and there is a turn off signposted for Sherburn, if you get lost local folk will know where it is.

I may make this one on 22nd June as the missus is going out after work. So what are we calling usual time - 7pm?

Couple of years since I have been in the Sherburn in Elmet(sherburt under yer elmet..ooch)area,but I seem to remember that the milkbar is well signed with those brown tourist signs so even buster should find us..

I went a few years ago and loved it, tried to go this year but all the hotels are booked up anywhere near it.

i love goodwood but i am going on friday which is not as good but i have free tickets so no complaints
