ok ive recently noticed that my 325i convertible is really scrubbing out tyres on the insides at the back, it does sit a bit low, and its in the garage having the rear wheel bearing replaced at the moment but i wouldnt have thought that these would cause it? the tyres have worn from brand new to dead since november

the wheels are 17'' alpina reps and the tyres are cheapy ones called sunnys (yes i went steady in the wet to start with).

any ideas what may be causing this?

cheers guys

i love my cheap wheels in the wet winkeye

could be camber as its low. my e30's do it when dropped a bit especially with big alpina's etc.

it can be fixed by modifying the rear frame. you can find lots of threads on here with good pictures on how to do it.
