Anyone used a Scorpion back box on a 325 at Trackdays ? whats the approx db reading. I've got a trackday booked for end of June at Brands and need to know if I have to fit the standard exhaust for the day ?
Thanks

You should be fine, ive done 2 track days at Castle Combe both with scorpion, one with standard manifold and one with BTB2 and the max reading was 91db i think.
Limit at Combe was 100db but no idea what it is at Brands.

I have used mine at Donington, Full System
records low 90's never been above 94Dba. You shouldnt have a problem.

You should be fine, plenty of C/F'ed airboxes on that day and the are much louder.

Kevin rev it to 4500rpm and hold in there(once warm, not e28 styleeee) and see what it sounds like from behind. Quite a lot of these exhausts go quietish there. My dads 200sx is so council at 1000rpm but at 4500 its fairly quiet. 100db is facking loud.

Had it tested today at the PBMW trackday, 94db at 4500 revs
Was one of the quietest cars there !
