Just wondered if anyone had any advice or tricks for re-mounting the diff? I can't seem to get all four carrier bolts to line up.
Cheers

Lift the swine into place on a trolley jack, the front holes should line up easily. Then jack up a bit more, whilst checking(carefully..)with a finger for the correct position for the upper bolts. It seems that the subframe is in tension when the diff is fitted.I am a big wussie,so I need to use a jack, big strong youngsters like temp8e30 can lift them in off a car creeper by arching their backs....

Just keep jiggling it about, the swine will go in...eventualy,the first one I swapped in was dead easy, the whole job took about 2 hours, the second one took all day....had er in doors on the jack,up a bit, down a bit, wiggled it,I won in the end...might help if you keep the bolts you have in a bit loose so that you can move the thing about until it lines up...try not to drop it on your hand, bet thats what hoshy did,it will hurt!
