Perhaps you could run a competition asking zoners to supply a design, incorporating the guidelines you had to consider for your designs, with the winner being added to the range and a selection of merchandise for the winning design.

That would rule. I know of a photography forum, similar size to this, runs a bi weekly challenge with great prizes, so I know it's possible!!
