I thank Steve for his patience and i understand his frustration,

This item was posted via parcel force (by my mum), item was attempted delivery and returned to sorting depot. Parcel force resent the item and now claim that it was validly recieved.

Paypal dispute will resolve matter and funds will be returned.

Both at a loss on this instance.

Never recieved and you fully well know that and its been over a month and parcelforce leave a card to say they were unable to deliver and i have had nothing , I will get money back through paypal agreed if not it will be recovered personally through my work which will cost you even more .
This has been discussed off the board and its not the first time you have done this , No contact or emails , You not got a phone where you live then , Not argueing over the net , As i said i will get my money back and advice others to think twice before dealing with you .
Thats alli have to say on this matter as im not argueing over the net !

hi

thought i would put my 2 cents in here.

i have dealt with mike before.i bought a set of bbs alloys of him for a good price and he even deliverd them personally so i would have to say he is a sound guy who could be trusted and i dont know anyone with a bad word to say about him.i think there has just been a breakdown in comunication and im sure this will be sorted to everybodys satisfaction as i dont get the impression he is out to con anybody as he is a e30 nut just like the rest of us.

Well after all the effort i have made by emails , pms etc nothing has come as of yet or reply off him , If it was a error with the post office first time then fair enough , He has my number yet i have never recieved a call , As above really , There has been someone in all the time but no wheel tbh i knew it wouldnt show up but gave him the benefit of the doubt , No refund either as of yet , Ill get my money back one way or another as i mentioned to one of the mods on here but im trying to be patient and give the guy a chance before i take it further but ill wait and see if he gets back to me with whats going on first , I paid approx 6 weeks ago and have nothing to show for it , I dont know the guy and i see people have good words to say about him but there are others with other views but im not going to slate anyone over the net as im not a kid and trying to be polite about the whole thing but the whole thing is now starting to wind me tbh

Not meaning to state the obvious but have you checked adress details, ive had problems on ebay b4 where the address was incorrectly written which cause no end of embarrament at either end.

Deal wasnt done on ebay , Item was listed on here and have checked and the correct address details were given , Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when this happens to a fellow member , It will get sorted one way or another though :!:

yeah i realise it wasnt ebay.
Eitherway make sure he has written the address right! its just sumthing to pass on to him and to recheck at his end. It only takes one number
(one of mine i was talking about it had been addressed to 23 not 3 (no 23 doesnt exist on my road) so curriers couldnt find it and took it back, it went back to the seller who reattempted but sent it by royal mail, which got to me only by virtue of the postman knowing/matching the name on the address as it was still adressed to 23!)

No mate , Hes been online but think he has decided just to ignore it and my messages to be honest which in my opinion is low and dishonest , And it will come back and bite him on the arse you can guarantee that 8O
Have checked all postal address details and they are correct , Im waiting for another lame excuse now as he has made no attept to refund although i am awaiting paypal to refund and are chasing the money which i will find out from them soon but getting bored of waiting now and have already looked into alother route of recovery , Which i will find more fun
Its down to principle now and not gonna slag him off , Would just advice people NOT to buy off him if you cant collect :!:

Trying to give the guy a chance to come up with the money or goods tbh , Its going through my old work at the moment and there is a law were trying to get over that covers scotland and we are awaiting paperwork mate otherwise this would have been done and dusted ages ago
Im being patient as yelling gets people nowhere .
So people know where i am coming from i do work part time for a debt collection agency i used to work for and its going through them so i am playing everything by the book , I am not going to give threats over the net ill wait until the relevant paperwork comes through then act , And yes i will be going along

its in the hands of paypal at the moment. my paypal account has been locked due to this.

feel free to go down the legal route, but you sent the money to paypal and thats who has a hold on the funds. i welcome a legal dispute it might make paypal do something.

Then its you who needs to contact paypal to sort this out then .
The legal dispute has nothing to do with paypal as they do not have the funds , You do !
As there was insufficient funds to refund me , If you contact paypal they will sort this via your bank account
As i said , Balls in your court mike
