I'm planning on ordering a black headliner for my '88 Touring and they were only made for the last couple of years of production ('93 and '94).

Did later-vintage E30 Tourings add a high-mounted 3rd taillight built into the top of the tailgate? My '88 doesn't have the high-mount, and I just want to make sure that I'm not ordering a part that was designed to accommodate one. Cheers.

My '94 doesn't. But it hasn't got a dark headliner either.

I don't think Euro Tourings had the third brakelight. Maybe it was only for the North American market... maybe.

I guess it'd make sense, since some of the Cabby's there had an extra bootlid brake light. :)
