removal/renovation of front speakers

i did a forum search but couldnt find anything helpful, just could do with a newbie guide to removing/accessing passenger door speaker. i am presuming i have to take the glove box and bonnet catch off then the plastic fascia should pop off and i can check out the wires from there. Am i right or pissed?

no need to touch the glove box, trims easy to get off, should find all you need here.
