Just an idea, not a boy-racing meet, just genuine bmw enthusiasts!
Just throwing the idea out there to see if we'd have worthwhile interest and numbers!

Where are you based / having it?
Throw up the same question on bmw-driver.net and you might get a few more folks

Hi guy's im organising a meet along with fellow members over on e30owners Date set for 22 july In portliose seems like a good central location for people As we had one there last year along with BMW-driver.net! we have 20 or so e30's lined up and rise'n, would be good to get as many as we can along to the meet! Should have post up here sooner as i know there's alot of Irish lads on here that arent on e30owners.com Should be a good turn out Im On here alot but dont post much so if there's any queries you could PM me and ill be glad to help

Ok peeps some info regarding the location.
Comfort Inn Hotel,
Togher Roundabout,
Midway,
Portlaoise.
Distances: Dublin 52 miles (1 hr)
Cork 106 miles (1 hr 50 min)
Limerick 70 miles (1 hr 15 min)
Waterford 61 miles (1 hr 15 min)
The hotel is just off the M7 which means you dont have to go through Portlaoise town and is very easy to find.
There is a foodcourt on site which includes an O'Briens sandwich bar etc..
Carpark is tarmac and lads there will be no messing tolerated.

This will be a nice first outing on Irish roads for the iS and a good chance to see if my cruise control I out in works, might have to use a mini vice grips though for the stalk as its broken
A set back in the fact that theres still a whishing noise from her after the chain being done though... Hope I can sort it out 2day. Getting the skirts sprayed during the week so she should be all ready. I'll turn up in some from of an E30 anyway, even if its only a 316 at a last resort
So this it off here so far

Might be able to get a few more lads from around me to come along with their E30s for the spin too.

I've got my dougnut fix for a while yesterday evening when it was my last day on the road with the drift cart before she gets reborn again. So I'll be able to resist tempation, as long as nobody else seems to be having fun somewhere quiet... Although I've always wondered about drifting that big roundabout over the motorway

2 be honest,, sounds like a crap place 2 meet, no diffing, hoopin, slidin, driftin, burnin, or other arse out scandalaries not much point in going to look at others cars, burnin fuel to get there, when i can look at piccys of em here.
new venue required, there are several i can think of in the north here, nice private areas, sum fab roads (gilette sensor mans chin), and then the most famous place of all for excellent sliding, and no stress to the motor , gearbox and drivetrain, the creaghs polished concrete entrance and driveway (in 1 word,,,HEAVEN
