What does the zone think of these alloys on an e30 325i sport.... I think they'd look pretty good... does anyone have any pics with them on an e30

They would look lovely. BBS look with a bit of a dish suits the car nice.

I'd think your right mate...i'm currently running 17 alpina reps but prefer the old skool bbs look...plus the ride quality would be better...any idea if it would be ok to lower it 60 front and 40 rear on 15 inch alloys
Thanks
Thanks

Hell yes!! I have the same sized wheels and the same look and they look lovely with a 60mm drop all round with no rubbing so your 40 rear and 60 front should be ok. What suspension set up you got? And what sized tyres?maz1 wrote:I'd think your right mate...i'm currently running 17 alpina reps but prefer the old skool bbs look...plus the ride quality would be better...any idea if it would be ok to lower it 60 front and 40 rear on 15 inch alloys

at the moment its on standard mtec set up with 17 alpina reps.... I've just ordered an h & r cup kit 60/40 and should be fitted in a couple of weeks or so.... i just felt that i'd change the alloys at the same time and i love the look of the ronal ls.... i was just concerned about the car being too low (sump and front bumper issues) on 15's...
by the way Giggs do you have any pics?

This is how it sat with standard bilstein shocks and spax 60mm springs.

This is how it sits now with arch work and tech 2 body kit. Just another chance to sow off the old girl really.

You shouldnt have any issues with sump or bumper issue but at the moment i find the lip of the tech 2 is prone to catch more than having standard front bumpers. Its all about the quality of suspension i suppose. Mine just aint up to handling the drop at the moment.maz1 wrote:at the moment its on standard mtec set up with 17 alpina reps.... Cheers mate.maz1 wrote:car looks pretty awsome in the last picture... what rims are they? Is that diamond schwartz black? How it going over speed humps...front bumper is pretty low.
The wheels are called BCW. 15". Think the tyre size is 215/45. A few speed humps do catch me out but its just a case of crawling over them holding up the traffic!
Tech 2 front bumper is alot chunkier but looks alot more aggresive in my opinion. Love it!
