Deffo worth fitting a front strut brace, the steel Sparco strut brace seems to be one of the best and one of the cheapest.

To clarify - it's well worth having. My previous comment was in relation to tailoutcharlie's post.

Get the sparco one that Oz/Ed mentioned, about £50 IIRC.

i heard that if you had a front end smack with a brace on,it could do more damage than without.dont know how true that is though :?

I think the olny problem is if its fitted properly (bolted through each turret, not using self tappers) then obviously a front wheel/wing knock could transfer the impact to the other inner wing

Loads of Corsas/Saxos have em self tapped in place so they look cool on a Friday night but i bet very few of them are bolted through. One of my old cossies suffered from cracks to the passenger side inner wing/turret because of hammering it in hard on roundabouts etc but a later one had a brace bolted through and it did the job well, no cracks and a much tighter front end
