new headunit: what do you reckon?

seeing as I keep all my music in mp3 format and I've got a bluetooth enabled phone. Are blaupunkt good kit?

See if you can check the song loading times off the USB stick, some take ages

Blaupunkt have been around long enough and usually have decent quality kit

I bought a £15 FM transmitter that my 2gb memory stick plugs into, and then send the signal over radio frequencies.....sounds good, no interference, and comes with a remote too

If i was buying a head-unit, i wouldn't go for blaupunkt....i'd go for sony, alpine or pioneer as they offer better sound quality, and more options/features for making it sound houw you want, i.e. equalisers, pre-outs etc.

thats where you are wrong dude blaupunkt are very very good under rated units!! loads of features on them. nearly all blaupunkts come with aleast 4v preout.
