hi ya all im a new member and i have just bought my first e30 as i use to be a e36 fella.... but i need some help.. im looking to get a set of wheels for my cab..

think i need to know is what others cars have the same stud pattern as the e30's??? a few people have said vw and ford are the same is this the case????

help please???

Yes, thats a Seat wheel.. But then they do use VW running gear.. Only trouble is the offset? E30s are 20mm, those Seats are 38mm, so they don't quite sit right (at least without spacers) but they do look nice from the side..

20mm spacer would probably be needed but does depend on width of wheel

The pic in my avatar is running on those with no spacers.. Though they do sit back from the arches. And if your wanting wide tyres, you might rub up against the damper..
Those wheels listing a width?

A better sized image.. You can see the wheels don't come near the arches, but then tbh people don't really notice unless I point it out to them..

et38? I'm guessing you want spacers, and a quality set at that.. The arches might want rolling, but massive wheels don't look right at standard ride height..
And don't forget the e36's have larger arches and bigger wheels as standard... 16's look big on an e30 at the right drop..

18s on an e30 NO NO NO

its bad enough on my 17s mate, they tramline all over the shop and dont handle like 15s or 16s

tis true i have 18s on mine which were on when i bought the car
