The black bump strips on chrome bumpers..I think they're clipped on from what I can see but I dont want to pull too hard incase I break anything.

Also, chrome bumpers, are they just held on by the 2 brackets near the front indicators?

use the real OEM link , input your details and eventually you'll see an exploded view of what/where you need to remove fixings from dude.

as, i can remember, after you take off your bumper off (it is actually easy), you can grip the clips from the inside of the bumper and push them out. they are mettalic, so won't do just pulling the strip out from the outside. hope this helps!
