I think that was some record breaking 320i or something. Got some really good mpg or something and set a record.

When they did it, E21s were every where. It won the Shell Marathon Fuel saving contest in 1981 using just 2.672 litres to cover 100km (or about 106.3 mpg as we like to say)

Would also go well on snow and doesn't look any worse than most of bangles creations (IMO)

but that performance does come with the added 'bonus' of making you look a right t1t in something that looks like that. id rather put up with the poor mpg :cry:
