Ah - scary big list of things to do!

I bought the car dirt cheap, knowing that it needs quite a bit of work, so this is my list of things to do - if anyone has any of the parts kicking about in your shed then please let me know!

Oil Filter
Air Filter
Spark Plugs
Front Brake Sensor
Front Discs
Front Pads
Rear Discs
Rear Pads
Rear Handbrake Shoes
Front Shocks
Front Springs
Rear top mounts
Timing Belt
Timing Belt Tensioner
Sump plug and washer
Ball joints
Engine Mounts
Exhaust Manifold Gasket
Oxygen Sensor
Fuel Filter
Sort out rusty rear arch
Replace interior
Fix Sunroof (how the hell do I do this!)
2 new rear tyres

Wot's wrong with the sunroof??
They are quite easy to fix.

it's an '87 325i sport, coupe. i'm in Ringwood, Hampshire

Sunroof just don't work, come off runnners I think as the motor does stuff when you press the buttons.

Just down the road from me! i have some sunroof parts, depends what's wrong with yours... does it open / tilt at all?

yeah thought you were, saw your car (well the number plate) the other day!

no, sunroof does jack shite, just the motors make noises, no movement

Drop off the cover hiding the sunroof motor, if you can see the motor/gears going round, then maybe something has stripped...

Could have a peek Friday afternoon somethime if you like, as i'm working in Ringwood most of the day then. (Hightown Road area)
