If anybody gets to any of the others give us a shout in the paddock. (Red 318i car 23). I enjoyed the race yesterday, and speaking to the folks watching there were good scraps for position to watch all the way down the field. And I guess the oil all round the track for the last laps made it "interesting" as well :D :D

Cheers
Brian

top days racing, somehow i got through the PBMW race without finding any of the oil and in a reasonable position as well.
For some reason i was going a bit slower in the Pre-93 Touring races but wasn't too bad.
glad people enjoyed it.
come on jimmy finish that car

Didnt get any photos of the PBMW cos I sat at the front of the stands to get the best view and the camera would only focus on the fence!!! :x

I've got resized touched up versions of these images but here are the raw piccies, so you can photoshop to your own hearts content. Here are the best shots I got from the day.

Another one with some hardware in the shot, looks good if you crop it and zoom to full focus on the cars tho!

Had a great day, got there late-ish Sunday, watched some good races, had an ice cream got a decent tan and had a few beers, a great sunday!

Was a really good day, and saw some great action. I was parked up on the south bank in mine, with a mate in a E34 M5.
Had a good wander round the paddock too, but everyone looked very busy between races so I didnt want to interupt!

Yup, Mickey (brother, finished 4th) drove to the track with spare wheels tools etc in the car, removed the passenger seat (and girlfriend  ), raced, then packed it all in again for the drive home. I think Andrew Partridge (2nd) also drives to and from, probably 10-15 cars or so do. I did it a few times last season but my toddler comes along now and I can't fit a baby seat in the race car :D :D
