just a tad, but dont get me wrong, the beauty (goes off on one
) of an e30 is the possibilitys of choice when it comes to modding, so dont be swayed dude.. if u like it sod what i think

Well if enough light gets out then fair enough - I'm still not quite sure I like them that dark but I can tell you one thing - they look evil as hell

I think I have to agree with Johnono on that.
look a litle to dark, but as long as like them and they light up propperly then just sod what I think
(If I were you i'd put the schnitzer badge horizontal next to the headlights, personal opinion ofcourse)
edit: now that I've looked at them a few times they do look verry verry mean

They look good, but I think I'll go for the internal modding way if I do some - surely yours ain't legal? 's a bit more effort, but I'd rather get a similar effect & not get done for it!

Just had another look at the pic, do you plan to smoke the fogs too?
IMO smoked fogs and maybe black brake ducts would finish the look off if you want the car to scare people!

Definately! & black eyebrows too... but then I don't like eyebrows so it'd be even better without them at all!Zayyan wrote: IMO smoked fogs and maybe black brake ducts would finish the look off if you want the car to scare people!

Would it be possible with your method to make them not as dark??
They're just a bit dark for me, but I prefer them to the internally modded ones, whats the product you used?
Not my cup of tea but bloody well done that car looks sooooooooo mean

That car looks like it's about to jump out at you from a dark alley and rip your throat out!
I'm assuming you just sprayed the outside of the light. This will probably jut chip off in time. I't sbest to do the internal method.
Bit too dark for my liking too but on someone elses car... I think they look good, different but good!

If you can't get the M Tec bumper just spraying the top and bottom of yours like this would really improve it I think

reminds me of a smaller version of General Lee
Has anyone put up a tech article of how to do the smoked light conversion properly?
Takes a bit longer, but the results are fantastic.
Are yours MOT legal?

Just noticed, you say "illegal bulbs"....does this mean they're brighter or a higher wattage than the normal 55w, but with the tints they look like normal bulbs?LOOPYLEE1965 wrote:yes mate just come home bout 1hr ago (bearing in mind ive got illegal bulbs in) and looks just like they are not smoked and have normal bulbs in (if you get what i mean)
