Anyone have any other ideas for stuff to do in Newquay, or shall we just let this degenerate into go karts and drinking??

Not my neck of the woods (5+ hours dive) , was hoping you local guys would have a handle in things but sun, BBQ, karts, drinking, pubs etc does it for me

I was just thinking about it.

We get there Friday after a big drive. Set up camp get pi$$ed. Saturday, sober up, munch food go karting, maybe hit a beach, bbq. Get pi$$ed.

Sunday, hurt like feck. Pack up, digest some McMechancially Reclaimed McMuffins, go home.

Perhaps we should have a blast in our cars before the karting? They'll feel like sponges on stilts after.

Hence me asking what peoples thoughts were. I'd be happy to go karting. Then get pi$$ed and eat charred dead animal. Go into town. get more pi$$ed.

not to worry theres a nice long stretch bettween Portreath and Hells Mouth thats prretty straight.
also runs about fifty feet from the cliff at one point.

Would be a shame not to have a blast down to lands end via some b roads and back at some point... but thats a half day at least....

I have taken off the following week so may not depart when everyone else does. Depending on the site, camping availability, weather etc I may stay a few more days. Long way to go just for a weekend.

Been in plenty of karts then after in a car yes theres a massive difference.

Remember going in karts in spain and the throttle got stuck now that was scary
