front valance

i recently bought an e30318is with a small frontal shunt.the panel below the bumper is a bit mangled,but as i intend 2 put on a mtec kit i was wondering if this is covered by the new kit,or do u have 2 remove this anyway?

The panel will be covered, but the M-tech valence needs to be connected to it to do the job properly. The valence is easily changeable though...
