You should of bought it CSL!

No money to spend on the Alpina at the moment, as the sprayjob fund went on this little green number!

Anyone want a nice Mk3 1.6 Golf? 95 N plate and is still a rich shade of red unlike most!

hum not sure about this one.

the compact is known for having the compromised handling and being a bit soft.

but.....

i bet its a perfect little run-around, def not a pride and joy but you know it will be smooth along for a long long time.
the wheels and colour are not bad good work.

its true though isnt it, once you get 1 BMW you get the bug and just keep on buying them. good reasons to.

it was totally her choice, she is well aware of my fetish for E30's. She's always liked to drive my old sport in the early days when it wasn't to lowered.

To be fair as you say it's never going on track, going to be modded and will be a good car to hustle about in. At least we have something newer and more eonomical to go out in togther than my old touring with rock hard suspension and council scorpion system wailing away!

HA HA!.............Yes the price of new Alpina pistons for example, was quite frightful !
Truth be known thou,i was really after a tech2 sport,it just so happened that he gave me a go in everything he had ! winkeye
At that time he was going to restore the C2 using all new parts.
Anyway, are you getting anywhere with it?
