My car is not far from the spray shop now and I want to check I have the right colours.
The colour scheme will be like the old E30 race cars with the 3 motorsport colours going over the roof. Does anyone have the codes for these colours.
Cheers
Gary

Gary
found this info re colours
1>Pantone Process Blue;
This is a 100% Cyan with 9% Magenta and 6%black. It is not pure cyan, so it may look a little off in comparison to the bright colors/tones used today.
2> Pantone 268;
This is indeed a violet (purple family), and depending on lighting or poor reproduction it can be seen as a deep blue. But again, it is not a pure deep blue.
3>
Pantone Warm Red;
This color is the deepest orange/red you can find. It is not a apple red but closer to a deep Ferrari red. There is probably 15% more yellow in it than Magenta.
BMW factory codes:
#113 Red
#114 Lt. Blue
#115 Dk. Blue
Uni-Color/Glasurit paint codes:
353 Red
5002 Light Blue
4000 Violet

Used the Uni-Color/Glasurit paint codes:
353 Red
5002 Light Blue
4000 Violet
as mentioned above and it came out ok.
