and woundering how much would be a straight swap to an e30
car its from is a 4 door so would it fit a e30 2 door? ie prop lenght?

nothin is a straight swap basically
prop and diff are no good to you, only things you can use are the engine and box

Would there not be big problems getting traction if swapped to a 325i sport? How many zoners have done this?? any pictures?
