The owner is a fruit cake and will not sell it unless the purchaser agrees to sign a legal document giving the current keeper sole right to buy back if the would be buyer ever decides to sell !

Nice car, but it's been up for sale for at least 6 months now I reckon - I think I last spotted it back in about October. Why is the owner selling if he's so reluctant to let it go? Surely it can't be the money, else he would have sold it long ago?
