As the title states, I rebuilt my tranny with 69 miles on it (due to being in the gulf region) and just recently had the torque converter and valve body re-worked. After putting everything back together the car doesn't want to move. You can hear the gears shift when selecting D,R, 123, etc. but no movement. The fluid level is topped up as the mechanic says.. Any thoughts on this?

Problem solved, the freaking cable for the shifting mechanism came loose when putting the tranny back in! thanx for your help.
