very cool.

I'm basically doing the same project. I'm kinda stuck on manifold. The only difference being is that i got different manifold, HX35 turbo and I'll use 325i high compression pistons with eta shorter rod to get 8.6:1.

besides I got like localy bought 12.9 headbolts, I'm aswell considering 10.8 locally bought headstuds...

keep up updated, I'm really keen to know how it all work with that turbo :)

well did a bit of travelling yesterday for a 2.7(eta+731 i think, schrick 284,chip),so as the holset and stuff sold ,ill be building a 2.7 out of the spares/engines i have.

thinking post 325 block(decked),post 325 pistons and 885 head,130mm rods,put the schrick in,btb and scorpion to come.

im not putting the idea of boost to bed just yet!in fact im eyeing up a manifold at the mo

yes i did regret selling stuff(turbo kit) afterwards, ive looked at other cars(and parts) and for the money mines great(zoners who have seen it will agree),plus selling a car on here is worse than having your teeth pulled by a dodgy dentist
