Any thoughts on how best to track the car ready for the curcuit, any negative camber and if so how much to improve turn in etc, but still be driveable, somewhere in the middle ish I think would be best, But degrees etc to use would be nice if you've set yours up.

Ask Marc at TTE. With all due respect to everyone on here I would think he would have more knowledge of what works well on the ring as anyone.

Twas not that man, ok.
I appreciate you probably have plenty of great help but just in case, I'll offer some concise junk out of my dog eared and slightly thumb printed bible type thingy.
"A good out of the box baseline/starter arrangement for an M20 powered e30 might go with at the front legs +3 (over stock angle), -1 to -2 camber and plus -1 degree (toe out) front track. Depending upon the nature of the rear set up (I think stock rear camber to be approx -1.2ish degrees which is good already) look for parallel toe which creates minimal friction drag for more speed. Stock toe in again I think is around the parallel to -1 mark. At it's extreme on the rear -1 toe isn't so useful and if we can we want to dial that out to parallel. Speed (and carrying it on exits to the fast sections/straights) is king around that place.
Cadwell is a fair alternative test track.
We want to be able to execute turn exits comfortably on the throttle (slow in fast out bla bla) so a good degree of play and fettling with tyre pressures will pay dividends. "
I do assume you are corner weighting the car on a true flat (or very close to it) plane/surface.
