I am using gold class meguiars wax at the moment. I am going to use meguiars soft wash gel, then give it a couple of layers of this harly wax. Is it worth using some sort of polymer sealent over this wax? I remeber a few threads talking about using carnauba wax and using polymer sealent over it......what are the benefits of doing this? Would it ruin the shine of the carnauba?

cheers

you use sealant under the wax not over

you need to remove what wax you have on there first before applying as you are asking the new stuff to adhere to products it wasnt designed to be layered on top of

you will never get the best from it otherwise

i would jon, but still paying of insurance for this 325i and had to insure a van aswell, otherwise the 325i was going to have to be a daily driver. Its a long story, but costing me big style! so money is tight....almost non-existent

So what sealant to use? So these are the steps i should take......wash
dry
sealant
wax ?

cheers
