Go to this site:
http://www.partsauction.co.uk/index.php

Nothing wildly exciting but some good useful stuff - genuine M20 rocker arms £5 each, head gasket sets for 50 quid, head bolt sets, headlamps. M Tech fronts shocks for £25 each etc. About 250 items in all.

btw, Mtech front shocks... would they go on a 325i touring?
There's only one left now, but he lists for saloons and cabs. Surely touring is the same?

I bought an oil filler cap and a set of head bolts. Big spender at £14.50 :)
Lets see if they turn up. That site does need some serious work but the concept is great!

I bought a four cylinder E36 fan shroud for £9. I've needed two in the last couple of months repairing damaged cars and they're a bastard to find in good condition - and I'm not paying £30+ for a new one. Got an oil and air filter for the 320i as well, £10 posted. Can't go wrong really.
Let's see eh?

nothing wrong with proper OE bits for discount, Andy they are good for their word and no problems as i could spend £100 getting some nice bits of trim etc for the pina

It's the OE rockers that interest me for the rebuild!

This is how I did it;

Click on 'Buy Now' and you'll eventually get a confirmation email followed by an invoice for each part you buy. Send a cheque with the invoice(s) to:

"Please make payment to Parts Auction Ltd
21 Inchcross Drive
Bathgate
West Lothian
EH48 2HD

We will send the parts once the cheque has cleared"

Easy! :D

Hi

I am 215m3, but have had problems loging on and am now partsauction. There is a payment tab at the top of our homepage stating where to send payment. We accept cheque and paypal at the moment - sales@partsauction.co.uk

We are genuine and as this site is fairly new we are listening to your feedback and are looking at adding a basket so items can be paid in one go. If you do buy more than one item, you can and we would prefer, one total payment to be made.

There is also a news section that helps with some of the area's we have noticed need working out.

We have more stock to add and new stock arriving every month.

Please bear with us and if there is an area you feel improvong to help with the experience then please email us to suggestions@partsauction.co.uk

We will not break down the parts beyond the model sections as it then takes longer to load the parts. Parts can be searched by part number, i would just use the last 6 digits with a space between the 3 digits or parts description.

Our aim is to have a minimum of 5000 parts available over the next 6 months.

We will also be at Gaydon this year.

How do you subscribe to the newsletter and new parts additions?

Andy

when you log in, click the members tab at the top. On the next screen there is a horizontal line of options, which one is 'details' click this tab. down towards the bottom of the page is the subscription option.

Everytime we receive new parts and they have been listed we send out a news letter advising new parts have arrived.

When we get the parts in we try and get them up as soon as poss.
