Hi guys. Just a quick question, be nice to get some feedback from experienced E30 owners. Ive found a G Reg 318i (Not sure if its lux or not yet) with around 60-70k on the clock, described as excellent condition, alwasy garaged (Its got a ding on one of the arches ive been told, but apart from that..)
Good interior condition, lowered 40mm, M3 Anti roll bar and multi CD changer.
Its red btw (Brilliant Red)
Just wondering what youd pay for a car like this? Im interested in it but the price seems at a little high at Ԛ£1650 . To me thats IS money.
Any thoughts welcome.Cheers
What would you pay for this...

For just a 1.8 you should be looking at Ԛ£750-Ԛ£1200, the latter being mint!

I'd say Ԛ£1,000 ABSOLUTE MAX
My mate picked up a mint 318iS owned by an old boy for the last 10 yeard for a grand.
That's stupid money for an M40'd 318i. SOunds like he's trying to recoup some funds spent on the car.
P.S. An M3 ARB physically won't fit on a 318i without serious modification to the suspension struts etc.

It really annoys me when people refer to non-M3 stuff as M3 (if that makes sense)

I rememebr when i had an ///M badge on my 325i, just because i had sport leather etc, thought' i'd whack it on there in my youthful days.
Took it off in the end, one of the reasons was every fool kept asking me what does the M3 go like then?!

Cheers guys.I felt it was pretty high, even for a good condition 318.
Id pay around 1000 for it if it was top nick although anymore and you mght as well look for somthing else.
Ill make him an offer, although not sure what someone would say to having their price dropped down 500 quid lol
