Amber, Red, Amber

I got my hands on some red light spray and thought I'd try it out.

First pic is before I started, second pic is with them done and the third pic is with the hazards on.

In reality the red indicators look slightly redder.







All in all I'm well chuffed with them, they aren't dull or foggy like they can be. I'm going to leave it a couple of weeks and then lightly polish the lenses (and the rest of the car that needs doing)

My next project will be home smoke hellas - lol

i really like red rear lights, i wouldve left the reverse lights white though

chav would be puttin lexus lights on. i think it looks and is a must

looks good andy mate, and not too thick either so it still blinks orange, but youll have lovley pink ones when u reverse

Nice job, I've thinking about doing this myself.
As said above, I'd have left the reverse lights white.

It was a trial run on a spare set of lights, I actually prefer the reversing lights red but it's all down to personal taste I guess

I'll go and check just how the reversing lights are, although they can't be as as a 1.1 Saxo with an Ironing board nailed to the roof surely - lol

Anyway, I've got a spare set of headlights, a can of black spray and a hot air gun that need my attention today as the weather is lovely.

i did my first set with the reverse light painted & got the p!ss ripped out of me by all my mates thats y i said id leave them white but as you say its personal choice, i thought about the black paing front lights idea aswell cus im to tight to by smoked hellas

Looks good but would be better without the reverse light painted I think, like the set I've made up to go on soon.

Oddly I think it looks better with the reverse lights painted on a non-red car, maybe on a red one there's just too much red

Yours are still much better than my rear lights at the moment anyway

I know what you're saying on the redness, I kinda like it and was the look I was going for.

After recent posts about chav/lexus back lights that have been floating around on here I've started noticing a huge amount of heaps driving round with these so called 'styling' mod.

I've got some more plans for the other set of lights I've got but I'll need to get some spare time before I do them.
