Rust bubbles beginning to appear on my Touring

After a polishing session on the old Touring, I noticed that as well as stone chips on the bonnet, there are some rust bubble at the bottom of the rear door, along the black section, and also creeping into the door sill (visible only when rear door open). I want to nip this in the bud with the warm weather now upon us. What's the best way to tackle this cost effectively?

I realize the rust will come back, but is rubbing it down to the bare metal then touching it up worth it for now?

Any ideas how to get a good match of Laguna Green, I think it's called. Does anyone
know of a similar paint available that would near enough match this and could be polished in, as it will sure look better that rust bubbles and isn't in a prominent position!

Also, what would you recommend I use for the black sections beneath the Touring's doors? Getting hold of paints and parts isn't easy here.

You mean the black plastic sideskirts?

I have mostly been using this today http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/engine-am ... d_286.html Im assuming they will deliver to France

Done my grill, bumpers, plastic and rubber trim and 1/2 the interior need to do the other 1/2 tomorrow but got polishers elbow

I dont have my sideskirts on at the moment as they are being sold and Hartge painted sideskirts are going on.

A decent paint shop should be able to mix up what you need if you provide a sample
