intermitant speedo

on my sport the speedo works intermitanly. it works, then i go over a bump and goes up and down. i hit the dash and it works then doesnt. any ideas.

i got exactly the same problem, gonna change the sensor in the diff ans then the si batteries to try and cure the prob

Brian?

It'll be the wires from the diff sensor, not the sensor, and nothing at the speedo end.

Change the wires from the diff back to just before it disappears into the bodywork.

Do a 'zone search if you don't believe me - 'intermittant' or 'speedo' would probably do. :D

if you take the clocks apart theres a curcuit board undrneath the speedo and tacho that runs all the electrics for the clocks i think

SI board has NOTHING to do with the speedo!
