Shame... Lucky for you though, I was about to be a bit of a copycat!! The paintwork looks good enough to eat, have you had it sprayed?

Each to their own. Personally I can't stand DTMs, think they're way too big! Even Scorpion LeMans are slighty too big in my humble opinion. I prefer more subtle exhausts, they match BMWs subtle design style better.

Yeah, mine are standard too. I'd only replace them if I was going to have a straight through system and have the intake and output balanced at Rolling Road or something. Hmm, slightly off topic... Nice motor Splondike!!

I don't like DTM's either - but I agree mine look a bit wimpy - still it sounds beefier than it looks and it's something else to polish

As for paint - I have not got any done, but yes shes had some, very few haven't I think you will find.. it will get some more in my ownership too...

Yeah I've got a couple of areas that could do with touching up... Yours looks like it just drove out of the factory, as someone else already correctly pointed out!!

Mark still need head rests but the ring is priority now!!!

few q's! A) WHY IS IT OUT IN THE RAIN!

B) howcome the builder is using 6 inch blocks purely out of interest, ask him for me?! it won't get too cold or 2 hot in there with those blocks

It's all gonna be rendered except for the decorative brick pattern on the corners Si...so its all blockwork and hence going up real quick..

The car is having to live outside at the mo thanks to scaffolding blocking my garage and work on the side of the garage. Its was lucky that I got her out last Saturday before the scaffold was put up !

Still, means it's my daily driver for a while

Cheers Gav,

As long as you have a piccy of where to cut - it's not too bad mate... bit of a leap of faith though I can tell you - not as bad as cutting your mint rear bench for the headrest holes though
