Hey all,

Having my '88 repainted in about a month's time and want to make sure that it's done right. To keep costs down a bit, I'm doing some of the trim removal myself.

I want to remove all the trim from the doors--inside and out--including all of the black-painted exterior trim around all the window frames (not including the rain gutters). Is all of this trim simply friction-fit to the window frames? Can it be gently removed with a wedge and mallet or are they glued on somehow? Am I getting myself into more than I bargained for?

Any advice would be mucho-appreaciated. Thanks!

I'm planning on taking the trim off my breaker, I'll let you know how I get on when I do it.
