UPDATE

Head is off, been refaced and checked all ok thick HG to be fitted to lower CR

Manifold is in progress, bulk of the work is done, needs skimming and normalising to prevent it warping,
Turbo is back from rebuild, .

Intercooler is fitted, 50% of the plumbing is on place for that, will finalise in the assy stages as a complete setup.

Cat is being a bore, I suspect the emissions target is the biggest hurdle yet to come , the rest is nuts and bolts.

Not cheap fella.

A unplanned top end rebuild and Cam swop didn't help, but it had to be done ( cam FUBAR ) and belt/tensioner needed doing.

I swopped out the water pump too, Chris had a nasty plastic impellor POS in there, now a pukka OE brass jobby.

All new components, correctly specced for the job, and all the best quality available.
